Gainsbourg is a bistro restaurant and microbrewery located at 9, rue Aubry, in the historic district of Old Hull, Gatineau, in the Outaouais region. Our place is all about the pleasures of good food and drink in a pub style establishment; the pleasures of music and song; the pleasures of a neat aesthetics that showcases the work of local artists and craftsmen; the pleasures of a gastropub style menu and a selection of microbrews on tap and in bottles from throughout Quebec and high quality brewed in a microbrewery in the forefront. Gainsbourg opened its doors in February 2013 and offers its local brews since January 2014. Pure pleasures on tap and a delicious menu has brought an enviable reputation to Gainsbourg in the world of craft beers.
