Ottawa Beer Fest features popular local musicians making great live music. The following artists are confirmed to perform; schedule will be posted soon.
Searson
Searson is a Canadian Celtic pop trio consisting of sisters Colleen and Erin Searson, and multi-instrumentalist Kian Byrne. Searson’s live concerts feature a mix of original vocal and instrumental selections, as well as a few traditional gems. Colleen handles the high energy fiddling, Erin is a piano virtuoso and plays tenor guitar, and both musicians contribute Ottawa Valley step dancing and gorgeous (sibling!) vocal harmonies.
Smith & Taylor
Jamie Taylor and Kelly Smith are two-fifths of the classic rock band Rockslide from Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Featuring covers from The Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, Johnny Cash, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Eagles and Bob Seger, Smith & Taylor bring a huge repertoire of classic rock, country, and blues to this year’s Ottawa Beer Fest.
Rejean Desjardins
Réjean Desjardins is a music lover, author, songwriter, performer and entertainer with broad appeal. Réjean delights audiences across the Ottawa region wherever he plays - in fact, you may have already sung along with him at a pub or festival!
Donnie Leafloor aka "The Rainman"
Donnie Leafloor, known as “The Rainman” was handed his first guitar at the age of 10 and has relentlessly pursued his love of music with unabated enthusiasm ever since. The Rainman’s ability and raw talent have progressed to the point today where he is an accomplished award-winning singer/songwriter, guitarist, and keyboardist and one of the most popular acts on the live music scene here in Ottawa. To truly appreciate Donnie’s vocal range and emotional honesty, it's best to experience him live!
