Dark Forest Sour –
This is one of the recipes developed for our project OverHop Invites; created for the Mondial de la Bière 2018. The purpose of this project is to introduce new breweries to the public from where we have our production. The Dark Forest is a collab with our friends of RockBird Craft Brewery from Rio de Janeiro and Common Good Beer Company from Toronto. This recipe mixes toasted malts with strawberries, cherries, blackberries, and raspberries. For the final touch, it has a dry hop of Belma.
One Love Imperial IPA –
The high bitterness of a great double IPA is well balanced with citrus flavors of mango, grapefruit and orange. OneLove is a nicely put together West Coast style Imperial IPA that has a lasting aftertaste with some spiciness on the tongue.
Hazy New England IPA –
Our Hazy has an incredible aroma and a fruity profile that comes from special characteristics of the Vermont yeast combined with tons of hops that are added in 2 dry-hopping processes. It has notes of pineapple, star fruit and grapefruit on a smooth juicy body. All of this resulted in a gold medal on the Mondial de la Bière in 2016.
