Ottawa Beer Fest (OBF) is carefully following the very unfortunate global outbreak of COVID-19. OBF takes the health and safety of its attendees, exhibitors, volunteers and team very seriously. We will continue to monitor the situation and are committed to following the recommendations of our health officials.
At this time, we are still planning to go ahead with the 9th annual OBF on May 8 and 9, 2020. However, we are also working to arrange back-up dates should it be required to postpone our festival. All purchased tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled dates.
This is a rapidly evolving situation. OBF will communicate any changes to scheduling and we are planning to send out another update mid-April.
In the meantime, please follow the recommendations of health officials. No one needs enough toilet paper to build a fort – buy only what you need.
And finally, we encourage you to keep supporting our community cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Please consider buying gift cards from locally owned businesses which you can enjoy when social distancing is no longer a priority.
Please take care of yourselves, each other and be well!
