Parks Challenge<\/h3>\n

  1. Get your Guide<\/strong> \u2013 Download and print the 2026 Parks Challenge and Scavenger Hunt Guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Explore the Parks <\/strong>\u2013 Mark off each park you explore using the checklist in your guide.<\/li>\n
  3. Claim your Prize\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Stop by the\u00a0Nature Center<\/a> to pick up a decal or patch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Scavenger Hunt<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Register <\/strong>\u2013 Review the scavenger hunt official rules<\/a> and register<\/a>. You must<\/span> be registered for the 2026 Scavenger Hunt to be eligible for the prizes.<\/li>\n
    2. Get your Guide<\/strong> \u2013 Download and print the 2026 Parks Challenge and Scavenger Hunt Guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. Check for Clues <\/strong>\u2013 Clues will be posted at the beginning of each month on social media by the Ottawa County Parks Foundation<\/a> and Kris Reinhardt<\/a>. The first clue will be released in January 2026. Not active on social media? You can sign up to receive clues by email when you register.<\/li>\n
    4. Become a Park Sleuth\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Track the clues in your guide and try to solve the mystery of the featured county park. Find the hidden token and be the first to claim it! Not first? Find and scan the hidden QR code at the park to enter a quarterly prize drawing.<\/li>\n
    5. Redeem your Prize<\/strong> \u2013 If you are the first to find the hidden token, bring it to the Nature Center at Hemlock Crossing<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
