These are only issued if a county sheriff determines there is clear and convincing evidence to believe the safety of the applicant or the safety of a member of the applicant\u2019s family or household is endangered by the applicant\u2019s inability to immediately obtain a license to carry a concealed pistol.<\/p>\n Please note that although our offices work as quickly as possible, it is not guaranteed that the applicant will leave with a CPL in hand.<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Section 5″ module_id=”five” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]<\/p>\n If your CPL has been Denied or Revoked<\/strong>, you may submit a\u00a0<\/span>Claim of Appeal on Application for Concealed Weapon License<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to:<\/p>\n 20th Circuit Court If your CPL has been suspended due to a PPO or pending misdemeanor\/felony charges<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and the PPO has been terminated or the charges have been cleared, the applicant may submit, in person, a Request For Concealed Pistol License Reinstatement . To submit this request, please bring:<\/p>\n There is no charge for this service however, please be advised that this is not an immediate process. Michigan State Police will review the applicants file and issue a decision.
